Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cliqora (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Cliqora is an AI-powered photo gallery and delivery platform for professional photographers. The Service includes photo storage, AI face recognition for selfie photo search, client gallery sharing, and related features.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Your Content

You retain all rights to the photos and content you upload to Cliqora. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content; attempt to breach or circumvent security measures; use the Service for unauthorized purposes; resell the Service without permission; or interfere with other users' use of the Service.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, in US dollars. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from Billing & plans in the app. Plan changes are prorated. If you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are available within 30 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

The Free plan includes 3 GB of storage, unlimited projects and 1,000 photo uploads in each 30-day period. It does not include video uploads, and galleries show a “Created using Cliqora” link. New gallery links created on the Free plan do not include selfie photo search or client album selection; links you sent during the trial or on a paid plan keep them. The 30-day period starts with your first upload after the previous one ends; deleting photos does not give uploads back. Paid plans add storage, unlimited uploads, video uploads, selfie photo search, client album selection and the other features described on our pricing page.

Your own subdomain and new FTP access require a paid Starter plan or higher; a new custom domain requires Pro or higher. Removing the Cliqora link requires a paid Starter plan or higher, except during the trial. A subdomain, custom domain or FTP access you already set up keeps working if your plan changes.

7. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day trial with 25 GB of storage, unlimited photo uploads, video uploads, selfie photo search and client album selection. During the trial, your galleries do not show the Cliqora link. The trial does not include your own subdomain, FTP access or a custom domain. No credit card is required.

After the trial, your account moves to the Free plan. Your files are kept and videos you already uploaded stay viewable. Gallery links you sent during the trial keep selfie photo search and client album selection; new links you create on the Free plan do not include them. If you upgrade, your links include them. If you are using more than the Free plan's 3 GB, new uploads pause until you upgrade or free up space.

8. Data & Storage

We store your content on Amazon S3 with industry-standard encryption at rest and TLS for all transfers.

If you move to a plan with less storage than you're using, your files are kept. New uploads pause until your usage is within the plan's limit or you upgrade.

9. Cancellation & Data Retention

When your paid subscription ends (whether you cancel or it fails to renew):

• Until the end of the billing period: Your subscription remains active for the period you've already paid for.
• After that: Your account moves to the Free plan (3 GB of storage, 1,000 photo uploads every 30 days, photos only, unlimited projects).
• Your files are kept: We do not delete your photos because a subscription or trial ends. Your projects and galleries stay in your account.
• Your gallery links: Links you sent while your subscription was active keep selfie photo search and client album selection. New links you create on the Free plan do not include them.
• If you're over the Free limit: New uploads pause until your usage is within 3 GB or you choose a paid plan again.
• Re-subscribe anytime: Choose a paid plan again and its storage and features apply right away, including selfie photo search and client album selection on your gallery links.

10. Limitation of Liability

Cliqora is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
